The stories we consume can have big impacts on how we view the world, and how we see ourselves represented in it. I examine how the Harry Potter / Wizarding World “Hogwarts Houses” — a widespread pop-culture identity signifier — might reflect that narrative internalization. And whether or not we see our selves as the heroes of our own stories.
