DiceGeeks Podcast Interview
As an RPG player (Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and lots more beyond) I’m endlessly fascinated by the convergence of storytelling and interactive gaming. Awhile back, I was invited to appear on the the DiceGeeks.com Tabletop RPG podcast, to share what I’ve learned about storytelling while hosting FICTITIOUS—and how those storytelling lessons could aid gamemasters.
Talking with host Matt Davids, we cover a lot of writing principles and how they can be applied to roleplaying game campaigns. I share some insights from my experiences as a player, and we talk about writing frameworks that are useful for game creators.

About DiceGeeks
DiceGeeks is a tabletop role-playing game show “where we learn to become better gamemasters and role-players by filling ourselves with stories and knowledge. We talk Dungeons and Dragons, film history, mythology, archaeology, literature, and much more.”
Role-player and podcast host Adron Buske joins me today for a wide-ranging conversation. We touch on a variety of topics concerning gamemasters and how they can tell better stories and run better RPGs.
